14.03.2016 The advocates of the Law firm “The WORD” presented the interests of their client at the European court of human rights on the Applications no. 30771/11 Marintsev versus Russia.

     The essence of the complaint is the refusal of the state to provide police officer of leave to care for a child at his birth and following his unlawful dismissal.

     This application was previously accepted by the European court for consideration.

     Letter from the ECHR dated January 19, 2016, our advocates had received the Memorandum of the Government of the Russian Federation of 16.01.2016 (objections to the complaint in ESPCH).

     At this stage of the proceedings the advocates were prepared and sent by mail to the European court of human rights in English written objections to this Memorandum, and the requirement of just compensation for the above violations of the rights of the client.
