LEGAL SUPPORT OF REAL ESTATE TRANSACTIONS

• Due diligence of the documents necessary for the conclusion of real estate transactions, the presentation of the Principal in the negotiations with the counterparty in transactions with real estate (purchase and sale contracts, leases, real estate and other collateral).
• Preparation of contracts (sale, lease, mortgage, real estate, etc.), documents (mortgage, etc.) necessary for the conclusion of real estate transactions, negotiation of contracts, text documents with the counterparty.
• Representing the interests of the Principal in the relationship with the banks on lending to real estate transactions, payment of real estate transactions (letters of credit , etc.), including participation in the negotiations, preparation of necessary documents.
• Representing the interests of the Principal in the Office of the Federal Service for State Registration, Cadastre and Cartography in Moscow, the Moscow region and other regions of the Russian Federation with the right to submit and sign any statements, queries, and other documents, including those related to obtaining information of limited access (the contents of documents of title generalized information about the rights of the Trustee on its existing properties, statements containing information about the transition of property rights), the submission of additional documents to obtain information (data) from the Unified State register of Rights to Immovable Property and Transactions in the form of paper and/ or electronic documents, as well as the right to submit any other applications and documents, while receiving on behalf of the Principal any evidence, documents, statements, bank statements, pay the required state fees.
