     Ensign Dmitriev Alexey Dmitrievich more than 20 years was a serviceman of the Russian Armed Forces. During this period his family, consisting of 4 people, did not have their own housing.

     The Ministry of Defense of the Russian Federation did not react to the military’s special requests for housing. Housing, or housing subsidy for the acquisition or construction of housing for Alexey Dmitriev and members of his family did not provide.
