     In 2007 she earned her doctors degree at the Department of Administrative Law of the Urals State Law Academy.

     Candidate of legal Sciences.

     The advocate of the Moscow Regional Bar Association.

     Vita has Federal Securities Market Commission qualification certificates:

• Series 1.0 – broker and dealer activities, the activities of the management of securities.
  
• Series 4.0 – specialist financial market depository activities.
  
• Series 5.0 – specialist financial market investment funds, mutual funds and private pension funds.

     Fluent English.

     Prior to the inception of the law firm headed by Investment Banking organization issues of securities of JSCB «Soyuz» (JSC), was the Deputy Head of the Legal Department, Rosinterbank, JSC.

     In 2013, implemented a comprehensive legal support procedures for the preparation and emission on the Moscow Stock Exchange bonds of the Company “36.6” with a total nominal value of 1 billion rubles.
